How to send packages with us
- All packages must be packed according to packaging standards (DPD, UPS, DHL, SEUR).
- Leave the package at one of our collection stores
- For home pickup, contact us.
- It is essential to put on the package: sender and recipient, email address (for tracking number) and telephone number.
Is that how it works
Packaging
The shipper must securely package shipments according to content, type of shipment and scope to ensure that damage during transport is excluded and that the contents are protected against loss and damage (as per packaging standards – ask us for more information )
Pickup
Every Monday and Tuesday we collect the packages. Find out until what time the packages must be in the stores to guarantee collection.
Package Delivery
The company will inform you via email of the tracking of the package.
Delivery
Delivery within Germany will be from Saturday. Rest of Europe starting Tuesday.
Insurance
All packages are insured up to €500 (net value, without VAT) – always under conditions of adequate packaging.
Shipping day
- Every Monday and Tuesday we collect the packages. Find out until what time the packages must be in the stores to guarantee collection.

Reception of your shipments
– In case of external defects, the recipient must notify the carrier directly upon receipt.
– If damage is only discovered after acceptance, a notification period of 24 hours from delivery must be observed with the following information
- Shipping number/order number, as well as sender and recipient address
- Information about the contents of the shipment and the type of damage
- Photos and description of the inner and outer packaging.
- Information and photographs of packaging damage and damaged contents. Original purchase invoice
- Damage notification card provided by the delivery person, if available.
They are excluded from transport
- Money, securities, credit cards, checks and telephone or certificates of comparable value.
- Precious metals, jewellery, precious stones, real pearls, furs, carpets, watches, antiques, works of art, vouchers and banknotes.
- Sensitive or fragile goods;
- Packages whose content, transportation or external design violate legal regulations;
- Firearms according to the German Weapons Act or according to the legal definitions of the destination or transit country, as well as firearm parts for cross-border shipment;
- Drugs and any medication;
- Packages that may cause injury to persons or damage to property;
- perishables;

- Mercancías peligrosas y mercancías peligrosas en cantidad limitada;
- freight and cash on delivery;
- In the case of cross-border transport, goods whose import or export is prohibited by the regulations of the respective countries of shipment, transit or destination or that require special permits.
We reserve the right to reject packages for shipment (poor package packaging, excess kilos and size allowed).
In the case of multiple shipments from one sender to the same recipient, we expressly reserve the right to combine individual packages into a single shipment if this does not imply any restrictions on the original packages. Of course, only the originally delivered package sizes are used for the calculation.
